This site is a tribute to Irene Jones who passed away peacefully on 16 August 2024 at The White House Care Home, Wrexham aged 91 Years. Beloved mum of Stephen, Sandra, Lynn and Kevin, sadly missed mother-in-law of Gilbert, Sue and Gareth, proud nanie to all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is much loved and will always be remembered.

Lovely Irene was in my life from the age of 11 when San & I started at Grove Park girls’ .. always welcoming and happy to have us in her kitchen whilst revising for our ‘O Levels’.. Irene and my mum Enid would get together for coffee whilst we were all at school, experimenting with make up, hair etc😊 I’m so sad that she has passed but also so happy that she lived a happy long life with all her family close by… lots of lovely memories, God Bless You Irene, all my love from Carol
